DirectNail will always have your back! Whether you aren't happy with the items you received or they arrived broken, we will always offer you a refund or replacement. At DirectNail customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If your order is $1000+ the sale is final. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on orders $1000+. 
  • For an exchange the items must be unused and sealed (if applicable) in the same condition it departed our facility in.
    • We will cover shipping costs in most cases. Returning packages 20lbs+ may require you to pay shipping costs.  
    • Once we receive the exchanging items back we will ship you the replacements.
    • If we receive the items within the above criteria we will issue a full refund on the items returned. Shipping charges on the original order transaction cannot be refunded.
